From classic boiled peanuts to international foods like Greek gyros, Asian fusion, and authentic Mexican street tacos, the festival is a food lover’s paradise. Local orchards offer delicious apple goodies made with their signature fruit including apple fritters, apple pies, apple cider, and apple dumplings.

Kids will enjoy a day packed with excitement including rock climbing and camel and pony rides. Let their imaginations soar with face painting and a train ride that will create core memories.

Discover a treasure trove of exquisite home decor items, beautifully crafted wooden furniture, stunning jewelry, aromatic candles, and more. You are sure to find something truly special to take home or as a gift for someone.

The Georgia Apple Festival festivities continue with an apple-themed parade, a classic auto show, a 5K, and other fun family activities. Presented by the Ellijay Lions Club, the Gilmer Chamber, and the cities of Ellijay & East Ellijay, this is a can’t-miss event for all ages!
