Spooky season has arrived, and Ellijay is the place to be for family-friendly and even pet-friendly Halloween festivities. Join in the fun with events like “Trick or Treat in the Park,” “Tent or Treat,” and you can’t miss “Barbie Goes Trick or Treating.” Don’t forget to bring your furry friends to participate in the “Beauty and the Beast Pet Costume Contest!”
10/27 Trick or Treat at Manor Lake
Bring the kids to an indoor family friendly environment at Manor Lake Assisted Living in Ellijay (Located behind Walmart). They can go door to door and brighten our residents evening as they give their best “TRICK OR TREAT” request for candy.
10/27 Trick or Treat at Highland Shopping Center
Shop and stop by the businesses at Highland Shopping Center for candy, cake-walks, and more family fun.
10/28 Trick or Treat In The Park
Everyone is invited to come and trick or treat with their littles in this community event! Parking is available at EES or the United Methodist Church lots. Bring the kids! The Country Fall Festival is coming up Sunday, Oct. 29th. There will be all kinds of fun games, trunk or treat, hayride, food and candy, bouncy house, cake walk, and more!

10/31 Fall Festival at First Baptist Church
Free entry to this family-friendly event! Event will take place outside in the back and side parking lots, and food truck prices will be listed per truck. Live music by Barry Abernathy and the Appalachian Road Show, concert starts at 6:30 PM. Bring a chair and enjoy this free concert!
10/31 Barbie Goes Trick or Treating
Come see the Julie-N-Teesha Team at 5 Depot Street for a chance to take your pic in the Barbie box as well as get lots of fun candy!! We look forward to seeing everyone from 5:30-8:30 pm. Pets are welcome too!!
