Butcher and Bottle Ribbon Cutting with Owners, Chamber Board of Directors, Ambassadors and community

A ribbon cutting was held for The Butcher and Bottle on Wednesday, February 22, 2023. New owners, Adam Anacker and Brian Stanley, have taken over and rebranded the former Emily’s Bar and Restaurant. They have introduced a new menu which will feature a variety of hand-cut meats, fresh seafood and locally grown produce. Open Mic Night is held on Wednesdays with live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Located at 24 River Street, Ellijay, GA, they are open Wednesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner.
