2023 HIKE-STRAVAGANZA AT MULBERRY GAP!

COME AND CELEBRATE NATIONAL HIKING DAY (NOVEMBER 17TH) WITH US ON HIKE-STRAVAGANZA WEEKEND! 

COME FOR ONE DAY, TWO DAYS, OR STAY THE WHOLE WEEKEND FOR THE BEST HIKING WITH A TON OF TRAIL-FOCUSED FOLKS! 

• Quick and easy destination hike? Check out the 2 mile out-n-back hike to the Gennett Poplar Tree

• Beginner hiker just looking for a few light, mostly downhill miles? Try the 5 mile Pinhoti 3 section!

• Chasing those waterfalls? The 6 mile out and back to check out the double Emery Creek Falls is a favorite!

• Want to put in a bigger day and roll back into camp in time for dinner, campfires, and hot tubs? The 13.5 mile Bearhoti route is an awesome option!

• Looking for some overnight backpacking? Hitting the Conasauga River Trail or hiking from the Northern Terminus of the Pinhoti will give you a night out on the trail. <3

• Are you working on section-hiking the Pinhoti? This is an excellent weekend to knock off Georgia Sections 29, 30, and 31! (Come in early or stay a couple extra days and you could also knock off Section 28 and have the four most northern sections done and dusted!)

• And MUCH more! There are miles upon miles of excellent hiking, and we have Maps and cues for all of it!

AND THE BEST PART IS THAT MULBERRY GAP IS SITTING RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF ALL THE HIKING OPTIONS. IF WE CAN PACK THE BASECAMP WITH HIKERS, THERE WILL BE A TON OF FOLKS TO HIKE WITH, SPLIT SHUTTLES, HANG OUT, AND RELAX WITH IN THE HOT TUBS! 

WE’LL HAVE SCHEDULED DAILY MEETINGS IN THE EVENING TO HELP FOLKS PLAN HIKES FOR THE NEXT DAY, AND AN “HIKING BUDDY WANTED” BOARD, BUT ONE OF THE PERKS OF ALL BEING TOGETHER IS THE CHANCE TO CONNECT WITH A BUNCH OF OTHER HIKERS AND MAKE WEEKEND PLANS ON THE FLY THE WHOLE TIME. <3

• Meals (Friday night – Sunday Lunch)
