Join us for the 4th Annual Ellijay Paws in Need Lasagna Cook-Off & Fundraiser to benefit the dogs of the Gilmer County Animal Shelter on Saturday, April 12th, from 12-5 PM at Buckley Vineyards! 🐾
This is the biggest fundraiser of the year, and we need your support to help us take care of our furry friends. For just $15 a plate, you’ll get to sample every delicious lasagna entry, enjoy a salad and bread, and support a worthy cause. Plus, there will be raffle drawings, a live auction, and a silent auction!
Get ready to see some amazing lasagna chefs, including:
- Brooks Wade (2-time defending champion, former owner of Cartecay River Brewery)
- Rolf Hensch (1st-year champion, former owner of Emily’s Fine Dining)
- Jono Agurto (home chef, vlogger, and the perpetual bridesmaid)
- Abbey Prieto of Ellijay TapzAPZ & Adan Prieto of Cartecay River Pizza Co. (local restauranteurs)
- We have room for one more competitor to vie for the unbelievable bragging rights as this year’s lasagna champ! 🎉
Entry fee is $1000, and you must bring 2 large pans of your signature lasagna to compete.
