The second course delights with Snow Crab Bisque accompanied by butter-poached snow crab, setting the stage for the main courses: choose between the delicate Chilean Seabass Saltimbocca, wrapped in prosciutt and sage, or the indulgent Surf and Turf, with a 7oz Filet Mignon Oscar, crowned with butter-poached lobster.
